Counselor Registration Information
Effective October 1, 2005  within six (6) months of the date of hire, whichever
is later, all non-licensed or non-certified individuals providing counseling
services in an AOD program shall be registered to obtain certification as an
AOD counselor.
Counselor Registration Application

1. Currently working in the AOD field and do
not meet the Counselor Certification
Requirements.
and
2. Not a Student.

Annual Fee $50.00
* Counselors who will be applying for
Certification  may qualify for a Certification
& Examination fee waver and free tutoring.  
 Student Registration Application

1. Currently working in the AOD field and
do not meet the Counselor Certification
Requirements.
and
2. Enrolled full time student at an approved
AOD College / University program.
3. Provide Proof of Enrollment.

Annual Fee: $20.00
